About these terms
This site is operated by Fresh & Grill Meat Shop, 235 Red Embers Way Northeast, Calgary, AB T3N 1E9. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please just call us instead at (902) 922-9111.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in Alberta to hold an account. We may close an account that is being used fraudulently.
Prices, products and availability
Prices on the menu are in Canadian dollars and are our best current figures, but they can change and are confirmed at the counter. Fresh meat is sold by weight, so the final amount depends on the cut you receive. Stock depends on what came in that day.
Orders
Online ordering is not live yet. Until it is, an order exists once you have spoken to us on the phone or at the counter. Third-party delivery orders are subject to that partner's own terms.
Food safety
Please refrigerate fresh meat promptly and cook it thoroughly. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering — our kitchen handles many ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen.
This site
Our name, logo, photographs and menu text belong to us. We keep the site accurate but cannot promise it is error-free or always available. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
