Who we are

What we collect

• When you create an account: your name, email address and — if you choose to give it — your phone number and address.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as provided by Google. We never see your Google password.
• Always: a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is required for the account area to work and is not used for advertising.

We do not collect or store payment card details. When online payments are added, they will be handled entirely by a certified payment processor.

How we use it

To prepare your order, to contact you when it is ready, and to keep your details on file so you do not have to retype them. We send marketing email only if you tick the box in your account, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

Our accounts and sign-in are run on Supabase, which stores this data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can see and change your details any time on your account page. To have your account and everything in it deleted, email or call us and we will do it — no questions asked. Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) you can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
